Refund policy
GlitterGaloreandMore.com accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unopened, unused, and in resalable condition merchandise less all shipping costs. This includes the cost of free shipping if your order was originally shipped with our free shipping offer. All samples and gifts with purchases need to be returned unused if the entire order is being returned or the item offering the gift with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately and without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items.
There is a Restocking Fee of 15% applicable to all returns.
If you would like to return an unused/unopened item please email or call customer service for a Return Authorization Number and for return/exchange information. Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. No refund will be given without the original receipt and all refunds are subject to approval. All refunds will be in the form of the original credit card used in the original transaction. All return authorizations are valid for no more than (21). Returned merchandise must be received by our returns department within the (21) daytime period.

Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via insured UPS or USPS as all items must be received in a resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will credit the original credit card that was used in the original transaction minus all applicable shipping costs. No refund will be issued until we have received the item(s). Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Due to possible product tampering, GlitterGaloreandMore.com cannot accept returns or exchanges on liquid base products. This policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every product that is shipped is guaranteed 100% original manufacturer product.
GlitterGaloreandMore.com does not accept returns on special orders, clearance or sale items, custom makeup kits, and private label.
Out-of-stock items
We update our inventory at the time of shipping, therefore if an item is not available to ship with your order we will contact you about shipping details via email or telephone.
Payments
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Google Checkout, and Personal Checks. All checks will have to post before any order is shipped. A $20 surcharge will be charged on any returned check.
